Marie du Chastel is a freelance curator specialised in new media art based in Brussels. She is the artistic director of KIKK, a non profit organization that explores the crossovers between art, science, new technologies and society through 5 major projects: the KIKK festival dedicated to digital cultures, Le Pavillon - exhibition & art centre managed by KIKK, TRAKK the creative hub - Fab Lab and Medialab of Namur, kingkong online magazine of creative cultures.
Marie is a member of the Digital Arts Commission of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation since 2014. In 2020, she was elected Francophone Woman of the Year by the AIMF (International Association of Francophone Mayors).
